The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency submitted on December 1, 1977, (resubmitted on April 1, 1985, and April 25, 1985) a letter certifying that there are no existing phosphate fertilizer plants in the State subject to part 60, subpart B of this chapter. [50 FR 41137, Oct. 9, 1985]
